waiting... [Aug. 18th, 2007|11:16 pm]
i'm not rebelling. or doing so intentionally anyhow. i've messed up a few times in the past two weeks, and probably have done some things and said some things i didn't want or mean to. i didn't mean to hurt anyone or break anyone's trust in me through my thoughtless actions. i think some my think i'm nothing but a selfish bitch, but i really do care a lot about everyone. any ideas as to how to mend things, and rebuild my parents trust?

[Current Location |Bio 2 room]
[This here's what I'm feeling.. |contemplativecontemplative]
[Listenin' to.. |The Killers - The River is Wild]

We're watching Fly Away Home in Bio 2 as of now. Mr. B's dad died this week after many weeks of barely hanging on. It's sad to see him not up to his normal status, and we all especially miss him at the Firehouse. All I can say is I know he'll be fine.

Speaking of the Firehouse, I've been going there quite often. Jason Anderson and Kissinger have both been there within the last two weeks, among many other bands. It's a place I can go to get away from the hectic everyday life.

Our creative writing final project is due next Wednesday, and we're anything but ready to turn it in. Leah, Sydni, Devan and I have been filming and getting everything together, but last period we realized how far off we've gotten from our original idea. So, today and tomorrow we've got to get together to re-film everything. And I need to find someone to fill in the Skater part, because Chandler's being an asshole. The whole project has just became a huge frustration and I can't wait to just finish it. BLAH.

I've been talking to my dad on the phone lately. He and Alice finally got divorced, which I'm ecstatic about, to say the least. He's got a new girlfriend named Desiree (how ironic, huh?) who also has a kid. He's went to rehab, stopped drinking, and now goes to church and AA meetings regularly. I think I'm going to be going to his house every other weekend, if anyone's interested in hanging out, that'd be fabulous :D. I'm happy we're talking again.

Mexicans have overtaken my job. My coworkers and I are now down to approximately two days a week because they've hired six Mexicans for full-time positions. They're fun to work with and all, but I'd really love to have a job, too. And hey, I'm legal, you're not. Go away.

I'm so confused about the boys as of now. Daniel and I talk almost everyday, which I love. I don't know what the deal with him is, but I don't really care. He's truly my best friend, and I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have him to vent to. Then there's Morrey, who's been talking to me quite a bit. It's weird because when I liked him he didn't like me, and now the tables have turned. hm. And I officially have a stalker. This kid in my Bio 2 class, Steven Gidley, has pretty much been bugging me nonstop. And he went to the office to find out my middle name. Creepy. Ah. I don't know where to begin with my complaints of this kid.

Mhhhmmm. Overall, this year has been pretty much awesome. And it can only get better from here, right?

Oh, and, I strongly reccomend the Killer's new album, Sam's Town. I love it.

Homecoming rocked. And not having a car is a good way to keep from getting soaped, huh?
:)
We had so much fun, and Juniors won the Powder Puff :)

Band rocks, we've been getting so much better. And I still hate Woodlan and their we're-so-friendly-to-everyone attitudes. I love going to the competitions, we're all so close and have so much fun. :D Good luck at District, too.

I HATE ALGEBRA 2 WITH A PASSION. UGH.

i love my classes. and the people in them.
that's excluding algebra, of course.
and bio II is the BEST. mr. B teaches it, and just triples its coolness.

and amy's going to be my neighbor in like 4 days :DD
we bought a house. a house that's kind of like the "show house" of the town.
big stuffffff.
and has a pool, that i'll get to sweep, AWESOME. hah.

and things with the boy are as wonderful as could be. i love him, my friends love him, it all works out. ♥

yeah, so, we're moving this weekend.
and i close friday and saturday.

and omg there is so much mcdonald's drama going on right now.
wowzers.

our first band competition is the 9th.. we're doing so well thus far.
we had a clinition come on saturday, and he taught us a lot of really neat techniques, and they're very helpful. this year is going to be awesome. i love how this band is so tight and drama free, for the most part.

yep yep.

my dad and alice broke up :DDD.. tesla and i have been talking on myspace and MSN. awesome.

i miss you guys, so muchhh.

Can I just say that the first 4 days of my junior year have been
amazing.

My classes:
1. Creative Writing
2. Bio II
3. Algebra II
4. Spanish II
5. Band

Creative writing is going to be challenging. We're starting off with this 21 senses assignment. It's frustrating, but it'll make me a better writer. And Mr. Z [my yearbook supervisor] teaches it, which is a great way to start the day off.

Bio II is going to be my favorite class. Mr. B [runs the firehouse] teaches it, and he's wicked cool. totally funny. and a hippie. and he loves Bob Dylan, like me.
YAY.

Algebra II...  not even going there.

Spanish II has all of my favorite people in it, and we all have fun picking on senor just like last year. and I'm kick ass at spanish. comprende?

band.. whatev. fun fun.

I've been sitting with Lerah, Ella, Sydni, Savanna, and Amy at lunch. Abby and I have the same lunch.. but.. we just don't sit together. I think we're growing apart do to the whole she's-a-senior thing. whatever.

Band has been awesome. We've got all three numbers down on the field, the first two with music. Which is amazing. We preformed the first number at half time tonight.. and it was great. :) Afterwards I went with Kylee, Scarlett and all of them to Dairy Queen. Fun.

It seems like it's going to be a good year.. let's hope so.

OH YEAH. I'm going to see BOB DYLAN on September 5th.
And we just bought a house. With four bedrooms and a pool. Double yay.

When our time is up
When our lives are done
Will we say we've had our fun

Will we make a mark this time
Will we always say we tried

Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
This is all we got now
Everybody Scream your

All the love I've met
I have no regrets
If it all ends now, I'm set
Will we make a mark this time
will we always say we tried

Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
This is all we got now
Everybody Scream your

Standing on the rooftops
(Wait until the bombs drop)
This is all we got now
(Scream until your heart stops)
Never gonna regret
(Watching every sunset)
We'll Listen to your heartbeat
(All the love that we found)

Scream your heart out [x4]

Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
Standing on the rooftops
Everybody scream your heart out
This is all we got now
Everybody scream your heart out

some new things, plus a few new blog things.. [Jul. 22nd, 2006|05:35 pm]
[Current Location |my room]
[This here's what I'm feeling.. |bouncybouncy]
[Listenin' to.. |View From Heaven - Yellowcard]

You're Totally Sarcastic

You sarcastic? Never! You're as sweet as a baby bunny.
Seriously, though, you have a sharp tongue - and you aren't afraid to use it.
And if people are too wimpy to deal with your attitutde, then too bad. So sad.

Your EQ is 120

50 or less: Thanks for answering honestly. Now get yourself a shrink, quick!
51-70: When it comes to understanding human emotions, you'd have better luck understanding Chinese.
71-90: You've got more emotional intelligence than the average frat boy. Barely.
91-110: You're average. It's easy to predict how you'll react to things. But anyone could have guessed that.
111-130: You usually have it going on emotionally, but roadblocks tend to land you on your butt.
131-150: You are remarkable when it comes to relating with others. Only the biggest losers get under your skin.
150+: Two possibilities - you've either out "Dr. Phil-ed" Dr. Phil... or you're a dirty liar.

You May Be a Bit Antisocial...

Antisocial? That may be a bit of an understatement.
You think rules are meant to be broken - and with gusto!
Having no fear, you don't even think about consequences.
But people love you anyway... you've got a boatload of charm.

You Are An INFP

The Idealist

You are creative with a great imagination, living in your own inner world.
Open minded and accepting, you strive for harmony in your important relationships.
It takes a long time for people to get to know you. You are hesitant to let people get close.
But once you care for someone, you do everything you can to help them grow and develop.

You would make an excellent writer, psychologist, or artist.

These are all so very true.

These next two weeks are going to rock..
Band camp starts Tuesday (and yes I will take pictures)
Warped tour is Friday
Cedar Point is next Monday.
Yay.

Ice cream machines are NOT  meant  for killing old men at work.
(no one died, fyi.)

So, my favorite manager quit this morning.
Whitnee almost killed the old guy at work.
I dropped the ice scoop more times than imaginable.
Oh, I applied at Subway.
I might quit.
Maybe probably.

Band camp is the week after next... ahhhhhhhh
